On March 26, 2025 the Bi-State Regional Commission received a first draft of the Bi-State Region Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) 2025 Progress Report. Click the link to get to the CEDS page.

Federal grants require registration in Grants.gov, and Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), a 12-character unique number assigned to all entities who must register to do business with the federal government in SAM-System for Award Management. If you are considering a federal grant, it will be important to have a UEI and be registered in SAM.
