The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) presents an analysis of the economic trends in the Bi-State Region. From this data goals and strategies are developed that address the economic development possibilities and needs in the Bi-State Region.

CEDS 2008 is available in a spiral bound book or Pocket-CD. The printed version of the CEDS 2008 document is a full-color, spiral bound book with tabbed dividers for easy reference. The Pocket-CD contains the CEDS 2008 document and includes the most recent fact sheets for Henry, Mercer and Muscatine Counties and the QC Metro Area.
