Subscription Membership

An annual subscription service is available to private businesses and not-for-profit agencies for a $290 fee, which allows extensive access to data and information services, as well as basic mapping related to a data request . Businesses and organizations that are not members of the Bi-State Data Center are charged an hourly research fee of $60 for work involved in responding to their requests for data or mapping services. Membership is a very inexpensive way to gain access to the valuable services of our research staff for your business.

Enrollment in the Data Services Membership program entitles your business to many discounts and benefits:

Mapping Services
Members receive a 20% discount on all custom mapping services, including radius maps that correspond with demographic radius studies.

Priority
All member data requests are given a high priority.

Publications
Members receive a 20% discount on all publications offered through the Data Center, including many reports produced by the Bi-State Regional Commission and maps that range from the Quad City Wall Map to State Highway Maps.

Quarterly Mailings
Members also receive quarterly mailings from the Data Center which include the ACCRA Cost of Living Index report for the Quad Cities, population estimates, a copy of the most recent Quad City Metropolitan Area Fact Sheet, and annual publication releases such as the Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) document.
