2002 CEDS
Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy
The Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS) is an annual document required by EDA that provides a current detailed description and future projections of the socioeconomic condition of the Bi-State Region (Henry, Mercer and Rock Island Counties, Illinois and Muscatine and Scott Counties, Iowa). This document contains regional demographics and information on workforce, economy, infrastructure, natural resources, economic development resources, and economic development goals and strategies. The CEDS also sets goals and objectives for economic development and lists planned projects.

CEDS 2002 is now available in a spiral bound book or Pocket-CD! The printed version of the 2002 CEDS document is a full-color, spiral bound book with tabbed dividers for easy reference. The Pocket-CD contains the CEDS 2002 document and includes the most recent fact sheets for Henry, Mercer and Muscatine Counties and the QC Metro Area.
